Hello! I am Dr. Rae, co-founder of Integrative Breath. My life experience has included over thirty-years in natural medicine as both an educator and practitioner with a diverse background in mind-body/consciousness and somatic approaches. Those “qualifications” are listed below. However above all, I am a curious explorer of attunement, presence, and transformation - participating and reflecting in life what it is like to be a learner, mentor and coach, as well as a fellow traveller and friend. I find myself now prioritizing my life toward evolutionary longings, and the deep authentic desires of my soul as they are revealed. In the midst of the wild and unexpected nature of a life that can obscure, I continue to learn, listen to, and follow my deeper nature while becoming more and more fully human, and more grounded, vulnerable and transparent. I’m not done, it’s a lifetime journey.

I have studied with many different teachers, coaches, and healers, and experimented with all kinds of practices. With maturity, the heart of my work has become about attunement and relation - learning how to live at my evolutionary edge. The more I learn... the less I know! Which is a beautiful thing and paradoxically perhaps creates more intimacy with my self, and with the beings I serve and interact with. The undercurrent of the BREATH as an intimate companion and a transmitter and reflector of life has become a fascination and an inspiration. I firmly believe our breath is an essential companion and contributory key to unlocking our potential, our lifeforce, our Presence and our passion.

The new possibility that Breathwork offers to those we facilitate (and to you in this training) is to pass through a real transformation! To release what are old and outworn notions that limit how it is we show up and open to a new way of being alive - bringing unconscious patterns more conscious and showing us our fundamental nature and the beauty and wholeness residing therein. This requires a lot of patience, clarity and compassion for ourselves and for those we facilitate.

I feel so honored and deeply fortunate to work with those that come into this work desiring to facilitate this medicine for others. I hope you will consider joining us and the growing movement toward collective transformation through becoming a facilitator of the breath!

Dr. Rae is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Functional Medicine Practitioner. She holds a Masters in Spiritual Psychology, is Certified in Somatic Trauma Therapy and Behavioral Breathwork and has trained in Hakomi (Body-Centered and Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy) and NARM. Rae is a Certified Oxygen Advantage Advanced instructor, and has trained with Heart Math. She has intensively studied nature-based wisdom and Shamanic traditions, and has been a student of Thomas Hüebl (a modern day mystic) for 12 years, now assisting him in the delivery of his North American programs focused on transformation, transparent communication, Individual/Ancestral/ and Collective Trauma as part of his core faculty team.

Her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and the nervous system is foundational to her deep understanding of the Breath, and her ability to truly understand and work with presence. The interpersonal dynamics of relation is a cornerstone for our training. She has spent 35 years traversing the territories of Health Science, Consciousness, and Mysticism and brings this wealth of knowledge to the training.
