THE CUTTING EDGE OF SCIENCE & CONSCIOUSNESS THROUGH BREATH
our intention is to deliver high standard, mystically grounded, divinely inspired, science based and trauma informed training program that will support the exemplary facilitation of breath work. Exemplary, because you will so thoroughly have had an embodied experience of the learning that you become it!
greater than understanding, your self-awareness is deepened and you walk the knowing in your life! This is not merely an informational training, it is a transformational program .
— Dr. Rae, Founder of Integrative Breath
Who is our training for?
Those who desire an in depth, comprehensive training, including not only a knowledge based approach to the breath and breathwork, but also aspects of a mystical perspective, consciousness exploration and building space-holding facilitation skills. We are GBPA certified and this training is for those desiring a “professional” training held by a professional with a lifetime of diverse experience.
Those who already work in healing modalities who are considering using breathwork in addition to those modalities, e.g., psychotherapy/mental health, recovery counseling, shamanic healing, yoga, bodywork, or any other client centered practice.
Anyone who has completed other in-depth training/s but does not yet feel ready to hold people’s emotional and psychological trauma.
Those who have engaged in a reasonable level of personal growth and inner work, and who are committed to developing a high level of self awareness.
