As part of our commitment to the breath and to our practice, we offer breathwork sessions, continuing professional development to our students, and events to our community. Practice is key! No-one can expect to improve their lives without regular commitment to their goals; breathing well is no different.

Summer Solstice Breathwork

The word “solstice” comes from the latin words sol (sun) and sistere (stand still). The sun is at its peak, the highest point in the sky! And its rays are the brightest and warmest! The earth is tilted in a way that her face is aimed at the sun, basking in the heat like an open sunflower.
If there was ever a day to stand still and honor all the love, light, and pleasure of earthly existence, it’s the summer solstice. On the longest day of the year, the doors swing wide open, the sun gazes directly into our being, and we can most readily connect with one of the purest forms of abundance and vitality. It’s a good time to remember that we, like the sun, contain the power to nurture and sustain, and that we have a responsibility to burn as brightly as we can.
By attuning ourselves to the rhythms of the natural world, we can invite a corresponding lumination of our own inner spiritual journey and begin to trust the “Greater Rhythm”. Beyond that, Summer Solstice is just simply pretty cool – and so is Breathwork in the Salt Cave!

What a time we are living in! Many people are moving throughout life disconnected from themselves, others, nature, and all living beings.
Why is Breathwork so powerful? It is our most intimate companion, with us through every experience of our life. Informing our experience and reflecting it. It is the bridge between the Conscious and the Subconscious mind. Utilizing conscious connected breathing, we access energy held in our bodyMind as outdated habits, patterns, and negative beliefs and liberate our access to more Flow - where the bodyMind interface is more synchronized and integrated. Through our practice of the breath, we increase the felt quality of Joy and Connection.
On the current of our breath rides Life Force, and when we consciously attune to it, it becomes a vehicle that increases our self-contact. With it, we build Presence, Compassion, and an ability to include and embrace parts of ourselves, others, and culture – which is very much needed these days. The breath turns life into a living moment-to-moment practice. We more deeply feel our own humanity… cultivating a sense of being HOME in ourselves.

With a strong focus on supporting and understanding the release of trauma within a diverse client base, our training ensures that you are ready to hold safe space for breathwork.
By developing a clear knowledge base around the many reasons for how and why trauma may arise, we ensure you work in a safe, confident and competent way.
WE maintain ETHICAL PRACTICE
We invite specialist guest teachers to support your learning and ensure that you operate within our strong Code Of Ethics. You will leave the training knowing that you truly understand what ethics in breathwork practice means.
Integrity, competence and leadership skills are developed throughout your training journey as you move towards your certification.
WE TRAIN YOUR INNER MASTERY
Using presence as the key to self awareness and self mastery, students leave our training with a strong and clear knowledge of who they are in relationship to the world at large.
