Why train with us?

It’s officially the "Wild West” era of Breathwork Training.

While the transformational modality of Breathwork skyrockets in popularity, the industry remains highly unregulated. Day-long or weekend trainings are popping up left and right, creating a facade of preparedness for aspiring facilitators, and leaving future students and their breathers vulnerable in untrained spaces.

At Integrative Breath, we value safety, integrity, ethics, and the intricate nuances of this deeply needed work in the world.

“This was one of the hardest, emotional, heart pounding, heart warming and exhilarating experiences I have ever been part of. We met the deepest darkest parts of ourselves and also the magical and the mystical. Some things can’t be fixed or explained with the mind.”

— Paul Garrigan, Pact Mantality, Men’s Circles.

When I was looking for a breathwork facilitator training course, a good friend recommended Integrative Breath.  I could not be more happy to have found this program.  One of the things that most stood out to me is the vast scope of study and expertise that DR. Rae has.  As someone that has many certifications under my belt and years of study and practice in various modalities, I found Integrative Breath to be a well rounded program that had a carefully developed curriculum that encompassed not only the science of breath, but also the heart of it and what it means to really hold space for breathers.  Dr Rae is so wholeheartedly invested in sharing the power of this practice and empowering graduates to offer this work as well.  The world needs this work!

-Rhiannon Wynn, SANAS Bodywork, Yoga, SCUBA & Snorkeling, Breathwork

“The impact of this training has been huge! The most significant step in my personal and professional journey to date. If you’re interesting in transforming your life in ways you cannot even imagine, I highly recommend the Integrative Breath training.”

— Briony Gunson: Meditation Teacher and Life/Business Coach.

I believe Breath is medicine! This training has changed me in so many ways! I've learned things about myself that I did not know before… that I am more capable of creating what I want in my life and caring for my self and for others in a deeply authentic and powerful way.”

— Mikki Aragon

This training had so many components! There was such a huge learning curve and wealth of education - the spiritual practice of breathwork, the emotional practice of breathwork, woven in with the scientific aspect! the inner work this has facilitated in me has been remarkable. WHile breathwork may be on the rise in our culture, i take with me that breath is rooted in a practice and an understanding of our human experience that goes back to the very beginning. THis work is so profoundly human!”

“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again”
